This is an upscale, full service, elite motorcycle dealership for sale, serving the professionals and upper income portion of the area. They are licensed dealers for seven different manufacturers of motorcycles. Once their customers have gotten over that part of their life that calls them to own a “Harley”, these are the bikes they truly want to own. These luxury franchises are highly regarded. The dealership was started in October, 1993 and the present owner has been involved since 1994. Since then, it has grown remarkably (as indicated below). Buyer must be approved by all manufacturers and should also be a motorcycle enthusiast.

The first full year’s sales (1994) was approximately $850,000. 1995 year-end sales reflect revenue of approximately $1,336,500. 1996 sales were $1,387,806. 1997 sales were $1,924,035. Sales for 1998 were $3,160,170 with net profit to owner being $319,918. 1999 sales were $3,906,034 with net profit to owner being $467,650. Sales for 2000 were $4,602,045 with net profit to owner being $449,000. Needless to say, growth rates are impressing and are continuing.
